How to request erasure

To request the erasure of your personal data, make an explicit request by sending it to: segreteria@associazioneitalianagemmologi.it

The request can be made informally, or by using the template provided by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Write to the secretariat

What it helps to include

• your full name and, if you are a member, your member number;
• the email address or contact details under which you appear in our records;
• a clear statement that you wish your personal data to be erased.

Your rights

In addition to erasure (Art. 17 of EU Regulation 2016/679), you may request access to your data, rectification, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing. In the event of a breach of the rules, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
